Recent documents mein un sabhi documents aur files ki list hoti hai jo apne aaj kal me use ki hain. lekin kabhi kabhi ye apki privacy ke liye problem bhi create kar deti hai jiski wajah se ise manually delete karna padta hai jo bahut hi annoying hota hai.
waise to aap is history ko ek sath bhi delete kar sakte hain bas apko Run window pe jana hai aur type karna hai recent aur fir OK kar dena hai. OK karte hi apke samne apke recent documents ki saari files aa jayengi jinhe aap Ctrl+A se select karke delete kar sakte hain. lekin kitna acha ho agar apko ye sab karne ki bhi zarurat na pade aur aap jaise hi computer ko shutdown ya logoff karein to sari recent history automatically delete ho jaye.
1. sabse pehle windows key+R ya start button se jakar run window open kijiye, type kijiye gpedit.msc aur OK kar dijiye.
2. Group Policy editor window open hone ke baad usme User Configuration > Administrative Template > Start Menu and Task Bar par jayein.
3. Ab right side me Do not keep history of recently opened documents option ko find kijiye.
4. Ab is option par double click kijiye Enable ko select kijiye aur Apply kar dijiye.
ab jab bhi aap apna system shutdown ya log off karenge to uski history automatically delete ho jayegi.
